GP DEVA held from 12/14/2013 ~ 12/29/2013 in their stores in Taiwan the caring “Winter Charity” Campaign, hoping that the love and care from everyone emits its light and heat to fill the world with greater warmth and more smiles! The campaign was held with "Mother's Art Foundation" founded by Miss Chen Caoqian, wife of Chen Li-an. Combining art paintings with crafts, GP DEVA commissioned the needlework craft artists of the Planets ART tutored by the "Mother of the Arts Foundation to make crafts based on the licensed artwork “Rocking Horse of Childhood” (童時木馬) by the emerging artist in Taiwan TT Tung, and the specially selected Taiwanese specialty floral cloth.
GP DEVA "Winter Charity" Campaign, in addition to providing more work-at-home employment opportunities to mothers who need help, also launched a charity bazaar of “Cloth Rocking Horse of Childhood” by needlework craft artists and GP DEVA products. Under the enthusiastic response of all participants, the campaign was held in a loving atmosphere and successfully accomplished its goal of donating the profit to the public welfare organizations - "Mother 's Art Foundation", "United Way - Elim Youth Academy" and "Dog Home".

"Mother 's Art Foundation" was founded for the purpose of preserving and promoting the mother's artistic spirit and culture, revitalizing and developing the mother's artistic craftsmanship and technology. It is hoped that through providing the substantial assistance to the needlework craft artists in China and other areas, the traditional skills, such as embroidery, sewing, textile, pulp dyeing, weaving, paper cutting, puppets, and the modern life skills, such as floral arrangement, tea ceremony, life rituals, can be preserved and sustained, and the community's poverty can be alleviated and prosperity enhanced.
Through training professional instructors, promoting technical exchanges, and organizing experts to tutor and advise the needlework craft artists on product development, production, marketing, "Mother 's Art Foundation" corresponds with environmental protection and respect for culture, and has established a sustainable economic and social benefits for needlework craft artists.

"Dog Home" developed by a volunteer group has entered its 11th year. They broke the traditional way of rearing dogs and cats in pens, and insisted in helping them go through medical care and ligation and eventually sending them to loving families to stay. Many stray animals thus avoided being eliminated but found a happy life! The Association has been promoting for years the proper concept on rearing pets, and in a subtle way conveyed the true meaning of life education, therefore having not only touched every loving pet owner, but also won support of the public.

Engaged in dropouts referral and counseling, "Elim Youth Academy", aims at assisting the dropout students between the age of 12~20. "Elim" firmly believes that every youth, every kid is the most precious child in the eyes of God, they are worthy to be loved, to be guided back to the proper path! The dropouts receiving counseling from Elim are referred by the counseling office of middle school. In an environment guiding them to learn, Elim not only helps them build up the correct outlook on life and a positive attitude toward life, but also counsels them to successfully complete their education and join the workplace, playing the role of a warm and definitely positive relay station in the lives of these teenagers!
